Monitoring the process of preparation for the teaching profession by exploring different areas
of student activity helps to eliminate errors and improve the quality of education at universities.
One such area is individual teaching practice.

individual teaching practice on the lesson of the Russian language (second foreign language)
in high schools. 90 opinions of teachers were analyzed on practices held by the students of
Russian Philology. The study showed that students, in the opinion of teachers, are prepared to
work in school (e.g. they use a variety of methods and ways of teaching the language, make
the best use of time during the lessons, take care of establishing good contact with young
people). Document analysis also revealed that some areas concerning preparation of students
for careers in high schools need to be refined and taken into account within the implemented
