Open Access Policy

The journal provides open access to the full content, it is unlimited in time, territory and technically. Papers published in the journal can be read, downloaded, copied, printed without any charge by all readers for legitimate purposes. The editors encourage authors to publish their articles (after review or in the final editorial version) in open repositories with a hyperlink to the original piece and DOI.
