2. UwB employs a personal data protection inspector, whom you may contact in any matter regarding your personal data processing (iod@uwb.edu.pl).
3. Your personal data are processed by BAJ  for the purposes of and in relation to the  publishing of the submitted manuscript.
4. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) directive  95/46/WE, including art 6. 1. b ,c, e, and art. 9. 2. b .
5. Your personal data will be processed and stored for the period necessary for the completion of the publishing process, including the period  provided for by generally  applicable laws.
6. Your personal data will be made available exclusively to the recipients authorized by The Controller.
7. Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council , you have the right to access your personal data, and to request correction, removal, erasure, restriction of  processing, to object to the processing of your data and to transfer  your data in the cases stipulated by GDPR.

8. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third Country as stipulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes GDPR. Complaints may be lodged with the President of Personal Data Protection Office ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
10. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but according to the binding laws it is a prerequisite for the publication of an article in BAJ.
