Difficult words. Selected spelling problems in the art of writing

Abstract
This article depicts contemporary spelling doubts encountered by Polish
Philology students as far as unhyphenated and hyphenated spelling is concerned.
The linguistic material to be analyzed is a part of the major survey research. The
purpose of the work is, among others, to provide an answer to the question which
parts of codified spelling norms do not correspond to the spelling customs of
young Polish philologists, and attempt to find the source of these difficulties.
