An Outline of Geopoetics

In the essay geopoetics is proposed as a viable cultural project. First, the author presents synthetically the various – scientific, philosophical, poetic – affluents to geopoetics which the poems and waybooks incorporate and carry. Then he explains the etymology and meaning of the term, pointing out that geopoetics is concerned with the state of the human being in the universe, the relationship between the human being and the planet Earth, and human presence in the world.Keywords:
